Job Description -
Ensure efficient execution of all HR policies at the ground level and ensure that employees are adhering to the set HR policies and protocols.
Ensures coordination of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues
Handle attendance management system and assist HRBP in maintaining HR trackers and reports and assist HR Head in developing and publishing HR dashboard
Responsible for data input Employee Master and ensure data accuracy
Handle employee engagement end to end basis annual EE calendar
Assist HR Head in refining organization structure to align with the market and delivery requirements.
Assist the HR Head in handling Performance Management process
Responsible for maintaining effective working relations with employees to provide advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters.
Hands on experience in handling employee issues as a part of employee life cycle and resolving the same
Responsible for employee retention by executing career progression strategies and attractive reward and recognition systems.
Participate in KRA discussion as per policy and ensure task completion on time
Oversee office management and supervise admin teams.
Assist the HR head and HRBP in executing HR Audits

Required Qualifications - MBA – HR (Full time / Part Time / Correspondence / Executive), PGDBA – HR (Full time / Part Time / Correspondence / Executive), PGDHRM (Full time / Part Time / Correspondence / Executive)
Total / Relevant Experience - 2-4 years of core HR generalist experience
