Job Summary

Sales personnel at different levels required for an emerging Dairy startup expanding rapidly.

Candidates should have knowledge of milk and dairy product sales, milk route, channel management, distributor handling and setting up of Dairy products sales structure.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Increase Sales Volumes
• Distributor Appointment
• Channel Creation / Management
• Identify existing channels and suggest new and innovative channels of sales to cover all regions
• Establishing Market Milk volume and increasing with consultation with management.
• Identify Institutional sales opportunities.
• Ensure profitability, positive cash flow, sales and collection.
• Create Up-selling opportunities for Dairy Value Added products.
• Get market insights, monitor product sales, complaints and provide feedback to management for developing strategies.
• Develop healthy relationships with distributors, retailers, institutions and direct customers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience :

Should have Dairy/FMCG/Food products experience :

· Sales Representative/Executive (0-6 months of experience)

Education :

• Graduate 

Skills :

• Excellent communications skills 
• Language - English & Marathi
• Computer skills - able to use computer applications and modern day Mobile/Web applications

Vehicle :

• Candidate should possess Driving license.
