Job Description

  • Strategy making to develop and consolidate the NGO arm of CEDP
  • Guide the management on the roadmap of the NGO segment
  • Collaborate and develop working relation with local government
  • Making Quarterly Strategic Plans & Budgets for the NGOs functioning
  • Connecting with other NGOs to conduct Seminars to generate new leads for admissions
  • Partnering with other NGOs for execution of projects
  • Connecting with Colleges and Institutions to generate new leads for admissions
  • Conducting Product Demos for prospective students- In-house & External locations
  • Connecting with Corporators for beneficiaries’ data
  • Plan Medical Camps once a week
  • Team Management
  • Give inputs on the NGO’s Literature- Brochures, Pamphlets & any other marketing collateral, Newsletters, etc.
  • Train team on the department’s processes & products
  • Batch planning in collaboration with the Dean of Faculty
  • Conducting Impact studies on completed projects
  • Collecting testimonials/feedback from passed out students
  • Relationship building with other NGOs/Institutes
  • Connecting with the Government to get data of sponsored students/get funded projects
  • Co-ordinating with other branches for admissions, marketing activities & leads
  • Ensuring NGO batches run smoothly
  • Formation of plan for recovery of fees from defaulters
  • Execution of funds received through the Fundraising vertical
  • Formulation of Project Reports
  • Researching other NGOs to understand their offerings
  • Collect various government reports & conduct trend analysis
