Job Responsibilities:
● Establishing and maintaining customer connect by welcoming and Guest check-In process.
● Understanding and anticipating guests’ needs by learning their likes, allergies, dislikes & preferences
● Maintain inventory of all Spirits, Wine and specialty foods in stock.
● Provide table dining service for meals and drinks served to the guest.
● Coordination with housekeeping to ensure rooms & public areas are cleaned at the most convenient time for the
guests.
● Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
● Keep up-to-date on all villa policies on safety and hygiene.
● Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
Required Skills:
● A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among internal or external guests.
● Having a deep knowledge of all villa amenities for guest.
● Working knowledge of all departments in hotels like F&B Service, Housekeeping, Front Office & food Production.).
● Ability to execute and drive StayExperience efficiency through continuous process improvement.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage multitasking.
