Roles and Responsibilities:
Scheduling and arranging appointment with the customers/clients
Reception and Job Order creation
Co-ordinate between the customer & garage
Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages
Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
Vehicle on time delivery and billing to customer
Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition
planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
Process implementation for cost control
Desired Candidate Profile:
0-5 years of experience in after sales service
Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Good communication skills Knowledge of Automobile Service Industry
Experience of handling at least 30-35 cars at one time
Freshers from Automobile sector are welcome.
