Job Description -
• Lead the talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll & compliance, policy framing agenda.
• Responsible for the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture
• Ensure efficient execution of all HR policies and ensure they are in line with industry practices
• Handle stakeholder relation
• Ensures coordination of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues
• Oversee attendance management system and handle trackers and assist HR Head in developing and publishing HR dashboard
• Oversee the complete reporting structure and develop important tracking system
• Planning and conducting Rewards and recognition activity in collaboration with HR Generalist
• Assisting team members in HR activities
• Should be comfortable and hands on experience in making reports

Required Qualifications - MBA – HR (Full time / Part Time / Correspondence / Executive), PGDBA – HR (Full time / Part Time / Correspondence / Executive), PGDHRM (Full time / Part Time / Correspondence / Executive)
Total / Relevant Experience - 8-10 years of overall experience out of which must have handled similar profile in the past or have worked at a Deputy managerial level.
