Communicate effectively with other team members and manager, help manager to train new employees.
Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
Making menu recommendations, answering questions about menu item and sharing additional information with restaurant/store patrons
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Preparation of food to ensuring there is sufficient stock for key service periods.
To assist in preparing and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food
Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
Recommend new recipes to update our menus
Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
Work together with the kitchen team to prepare food while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements..
Maintain inventory of Food and Beverages on daily basis during the opening and closing of restaurant.
